Valérie a dépassé nos attentes

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par l'offre de service complète offerte par Valérie Paquin lors de notre transaction. Cela faisait depuis déjà 6 mois que nous cherchions une propriété et nous avons eu à faire affaire avec plusieurs agents puisque nous n'étions pas représenté. Après avoir fait affaire avec plusieurs d'entre eux, je peux confirmer que la qualité varie entre moyen à exceptionnellement mauvais mais Valérie a vraiment dépassé toutes nos attentes avec son approche. Valérie a fait un excellent travail de nous amener à une entente qui était satisfaisant pour les 2 cotés. Toujours disponible et rapide à répondre, elle a vraiment été capable de répondre à toutes nos questions et trouver des solutions pour nos préoccupations afin que nous puissions faire un achat avec confiance. Même après la vente, elle a répondu à nos appels et donné un excellent suivi. Je recomanderais Valérie à n'importe qui cherchant à vendre ou qui a de l'intérêt pour une de ses propriétés. Dans une industrie qui est saturée d'agents, Valérie est vraiment exceptionnelle. We were happy and surprised with the complete service offer that Valérie Paquin delivered on our transaction. We had been looking for a house for about 6 months now and we had no representation so we had been dealing with the brokers from the sellers and after having dealt with a few I can confirm that the range of quality truly varies from decent to exceptionnaly bad. Valerie exceeded all the expectations we had plus the ones we did not have. We truly felt like she did an amazing job at representing her seller yet being a great negotiatior for us and allowing the transaction to be completed with great satisfaction to all parties. Always available, quick to respond and very reliable, she did a great job at addressing our concerns and working on resolving them with the seller so that we could make a confident purchase. Even after the sale we have been able to reach out to her with some questions and she was happy to take the time to answer them. I would recommend Valérie to anyone that is looking to sell, or if you are interested in one of her properties for sale. In what is a very overcrowded and highly generic industry, she truly stands out.
